Mystics predict a seismic change is coming to our planet. Some say it will be nearly apocalyptic in nature. A "truth movement" is growing. Hate is being outted and identified and condemned by the masses. A wave of change is upon us. Social media brought a sea of change to the Middle East, with the uprising of the Arab Spring. Some say this is just the beginning, and I'm inclined to agree. People are popping. Our creator is calling his brightest and best home. I've never witnessed as much loss, or suffered as much myself, as I have these past few weeks. It's as if the rapture has been in progress all along, and we have been left behind to face the tribulations of Revelations. There is hell on Earth. You only have to hear the cries of a grandfather who watched a drone kill his young grandson at a family wedding. I'd rather burn in hell.
But nobody's ever seen hell, or heaven, for that matter. And nobody has ever heard Gods voice in their head without being labeled mentally ill. Clinging to the notion that we are all in "His" likeness, we must assume that our advanced intelligence is part of that likeness. As Carl Sagan said, we are the Cosmos looking back at itself. Personally, I believe that I am God, and so are you. If God is the Alpha and the Omega, then it stands to reason that God must also be everything in between. That includes EVERYTHING. In creation, there are no half bloods. Everything is whole, as it should be, and the cosmos balances itself through evolution. Our creator is mysterious, that is true. But my faith doesn't come from the words of any man, written or spoken. My faith comes from personal experience, and I can honestly say I've had more than most people have in ten lifetimes. I am a very, very old soul. Like Jesus, I am a philosopher. Like everyone and everything, Jesus was Gods creation. And so, finding Jesus's story a compelling, historically documented tale of censorship and torture, you may call me a Christian. I've been called worse. Yet, I cannot deny my belief that mainstream Christianity has been hijacked by the devil, in the form of false profits in mega churches and on AM radio. America sets the world trends. We are slowly waking up and smelling the hate that is being financed in Jesus's name. There's money to be made by pointing out people's sins and offering them redemption. The ever present threat of an eternity in hell is the catch all. Act now before it's too late. Everyone looks holier when they're deflecting their own sins onto an audience. Nobody who puts his pants on one leg at a time has any more authority or intelligence or connection to the divine creator than you do. Jesus never sought a pedestal. He never wanted an private jet or a mansion. He never took anything. He only gave. Anyone who claims to represent him, while pointing out your sins, is doing so for his or her own gain. Do not be misled.
Religion and politics should be separated, and for good reason. If we let your God into the schools, we have to let everybody else's God in too. In which case we can just stop giving all churches tax exemptions and expect them to fund our education system like everyone else who pays property tax. If you want your child to receive a religious education, nobody's stopping you from sending them to a private school. As for me, I'd prefer that religious indoctrination stay in the crumbling institutions it's decaying in. There can only be one creator, and we can disagree about who "He" is until the cows come home, and it's not going to bring any of us closer to enlightenment. America is founded on a 2 party system that requires presidents to proclaim their Christianity. And yet most voters agree that our choice is always the lesser of two evils. What does that mean? It means we are still voting for evil. There has never been a president without innocent blood on his hands. Clearly, our politics and religion, as well as our world population, cannot be sustained.
My faith is something I rarely discuss. I never want to be mistaken as someone who believes he knows it all. I freely admit that I only know what makes sense to me. I cannot tell anyone else what to believe. I am deeply grounded in reality. I have researched ancient aliens, New World Order conspiracy theories, politics and religion and social trends for years. And the conclusion that we are all God just makes sense to me. That doesn't mean that I have any special powers or higher understanding than anyone else. It just means that I've come to peace with what I don't know, and I have faith that my life has a purpose. This brings me a peace of mind which allows me to accept tragic events, in my life, that I cannot control. This doesn't mean that I don't pray. It just means I don't pray with the image of a man in the sky in my mind. Instead, I find comfort in envisioning my prayers joining with those of others with good intent, across the world, to create a positive energy I can feel inside my heart. We are never alone. Whatever you are praying for, there is always someone else praying for something similar. Our thoughts are energy, with the power to create. Our strength as a species is our ability to come together and change everything. I can't imagine anyone who believes in a creator thinking "He" wouldn't want all of "His" creation to live in harmony. If, indeed, that is the end goal, change will be crucial. You cannot have significant change without significant chaos, for out of chaos comes change. I have a feeling things are going to get a hell of a lot worse before they get better. My faith will get me through whatever comes my way. That's good enough for me.
